How we support the apprentice
ETITO has a team of training managers based across the country who provide invaluable advice to apprentices where it’s needed most – on the job. Whether it’s explaining how the training system works, ensuring the required work is being done or assisting with assessment, our training managers support apprentices through every stage of the apprenticeship.
But that’s not all...our dedicated customer service administrators provide a wide range of advice and office-based support too – from registering the training arrangements and organising off-job training courses to sending out progress reports and registering credits with the New Zealand Qualifications Authority [NZQA].
