Who can become an apprentice?

The good news is there are no hard and fast rules about who can do an apprenticeship... anyone can!

However we advise that anyone entering into an apprenticeship is practical and reliable with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn as well as good problem solving skills and the ability to communicate well. It is also important that they have an interest in technology and have studied English, maths, science or physics in years 11 and 12.
